How Do I Delete an Item From My Menu

Login into WordPress
Hover over the word Appearance on the left-hand side and then click on the words Menus (a menu should appear with Menus on it when you put your mouse over appearance).
On the right-hand side of the menu item that you want to remove, click on the down-pointing arrow
Click the red REMOVE option in the bottom left-hand corner of the box that appears.
